Shipping is included on every order.

As each item is prepared and fulfilled directly from our artisan network, so processing times may vary slightly.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During high demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days from shipment.

As all orders are shipped internationally and fulfilled directly from our artisan network, delivery timelines may differ depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions. In some cases, extended transit times may occur.

All orders include tracking. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.

Our products are crafted by skilled artisans from natural materials.

Slight variations in color, shape, and texture are natural and expected. Each piece is unique and not mass-produced.       

These are not defects, but part of the beauty and authenticity of true artisan craftsmanship.
